Spatial Restraint

Negative space is not treated as absence, but as a structuring device within the interior. Space is used to separate, frame, and give weight to objects, allowing each element to exist with clarity rather than competition. Distances between elements are considered as carefully as the objects themselves, establishing a measured rhythm across the composition. Through restraint, visual noise is reduced and hierarchy becomes implicit. Composition emerges as much through spacing as through form.

A restrained tonal language carries through each space, where material, light, and colour operate in continuity rather than contrast. Transitions unfold quietly, allowing the interior to be experienced as a single, immersive atmosphere rather than a sequence of defined rooms.
